Refund policy

This return policy applies to all orders placed through 君JŪN.STUDIO and forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, you agree to this return policy.

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are acting as a consumer and not for business purposes, you have the statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days after receipt of the product. The right of withdrawal applies only if the product is returned undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. Products that have been clearly used, damaged, incomplete, or without the original packaging are not eligible for return or refund.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that, for hygienic or health reasons, are not suitable for return, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

2. Return Procedure

To return a product, you must first contact info@jun.studio and register the return. You will then receive instructions for returning the product. Products returned without prior authorization may be refused or not processed by 君JŪN.STUDIO.

The Consumer is fully responsible for properly packaging the product during return shipment. Damage or loss during transport is entirely at the Customer’s risk and expense. We recommend sending returns via insured and trackable shipping.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If the consumer exercises the right to withdraw from the agreement, the costs of returning the goods shall be borne entirely by the consumer and are at the consumer’s own risk, unless the seller has expressly indicated that these costs will be borne by the seller.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received by 君JŪN.STUDIO and inspected for compliance with the return conditions. If the product does not meet these conditions, 君JŪN.STUDIO reserves the right to refuse the return or provide only a partial refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of a properly returned product using the same payment method as the original order.

5. Limitation of Liability

君JŪN.STUDIO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, depreciation of the product, delays in return shipments, or loss of products during transport. The Customer assumes full risk until the product is received and accepted by 君JŪN.STUDIO.
