Shipping policy
This shipping policy applies towards all orders placed through the 君JŪN.STUDIO webshop and forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.
1. Delivery Area
1.1 The Seller only delivers within the Netherlands and the specified countries.
1.2 The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders outside the specified delivery area without providing a reason.
2. Shipping Costs
2.1 Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and communicated to the Customer.
2.2 The shipping costs depend on the weight, size of the order, the country of destination and the chosen shipping method.
2.3 The Seller reserves the right to change shipping costs. Costs charged during an ongoing order will remain unchanged.
3. Delivery Time
3.1 The indicative delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after full payment has been received and the order confirmed by the Seller.
3.2 The Seller aims for timely delivery but cannot be held liable for delays beyond its control, including carrier disruptions, force majeure, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3.3 Delivery is considered complete once the Product has been delivered to the address provided by the Customer, whether or not in the presence of the Customer or their authorized representative.
4. Transfer of Risk and Liability
4.1 The risk of loss, damage, or theft of Products passes to the Customer upon delivery.
4.2 The Seller is never liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit, or depreciation of Products during transport.
4.3 The Customer is required to inspect the delivered Product immediately upon receipt and report any visible defects within 24 hours to info@jun.studio.
5. Tracking and Communication
5.1 The Customer will receive, if applicable, a shipping confirmation with a tracking code to follow the package.
5.2 The Seller is not liable for errors, delays, or lost shipments caused by third parties, including carriers.
6. Undeliverable Orders
6.1 If delivery is not possible due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of the package by the Customer, or absence at the time of delivery, the Seller will contact the Customer to arrange a new delivery.
6.2 Any additional shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
6.3 If repeated delivery attempts fail, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order. Paid amounts will be refunded, minus any shipping costs incurred.
7. Force Majeure
7.1 The Seller is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by force majeure.
7.2 Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, war, government measures, fire, power outages, or failure of transport and courier services.
8. Shipping Restrictions
The Seller is unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas.
Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations, depending on the destination country.
